Toddler Childcare Services
The toddlers at our childcare center will be discovering the potty world. Please remember that each child moves through this process at his/her own pace. We will also be teaching the children the colors blue, yellow and green. Our childcare staff works with the children on one color for two weeks and then we move to the next color. If the children are progressing quickly, then the day care staff will move to introducing one color a week. Our day care center will also introduce and practice their ABC’s in a singing format. For toddlers that are about to make the transition to preschool our child care staff will begin to wean them off of their sippy cups. The toddlers will be given Styrofoam cups and begin to use the water fountain. This will encourage the toddlers to become more independent and to follow a routine. Below you will find a condensed toddler day care schedule.No Children will be denied to rest or eat at any time during the daily schedule. Wise Choice Learning Childcare Center’s program will introduce a eating routine to the children. At Wise Choice Learning Childcare the CHILD’S needs come first.
